New Action-RPG Trinity Trigger Scores Nintendo Switch Demo, Available Now (Japan)

Following the accidental leak earlier this week, a demo of the new action-RPG Trinity Trigger has now been released on the Nintendo Switch eShop in Japan. Although it’s mostly in Japanese, you can still get a feel for how it plays.

This new game published by FuRyu and developed by Three Rings should be released on September 15 in Japan. There is no word (at least still) about a local version.

As we’ve already mentioned here on Nintendo Life, this game is definitely worth checking out if you’re a fan of the RPG genre – with an impressive roster of RPG veterans working on the project, who have already contributed to games like Chrono-Crossthe Xenoblade Chronicles series, A brave omissionSecret of Mana and even the Pokémon series.

The development team hopes to capture the feeling of “excitement, elevation, and tension” and bring “the era of classic 90s RPGs to life for the modern era.” You can read a bit more about this upcoming release in our existing coverage:
