Super Arcade Football is now available on Nintendo Switch

With the arrival of Nintendo Switch, there are now three platforms that you can play against others through cross play.

Year after year, the releases of FIFA and PES, which will henceforth be known as eFootball, the football games always outdo each other in the simulation section, which has transformed their more arcade game modes, like Fifa’s Ultimate Team or PES’s MyClub (eFootball), in something not so arcade anymore. Only football fans and many non-footballers sometimes look for something entertaining, fun and arcade to pass the time, which Super Arcade Football accomplished in PC, mobile and now, will accomplish in Nintendo Switch.

OutOfTheBit announced the release of a Nintendo Switch version of Super Arcade Football, after its debut on PC and mobile. Gamers will have a hat trick of platforms to choose from, as they will enjoy the modern and fast-paced twist of traditional soccer games on Steam, Nintendo Switch, and mobile devices with this latest release.

Arcade football at its best.

Super Arcade Football transports gamers to a simpler time, with short matches that can accommodate up to four people to enjoy local couch co-op play or matches against the processor. In addition to fast-paced battles, players can enjoy a full story mode based on the same universe as OutOfTheBit’s hit game, Super Arcade Racing.

The weather can change the environment of the game.

Custom tournaments with a variety of terrains, weather conditions, and other variables are as fun to play as they are to win. Match modifiers keep players on their toes and can be as simple as adjusting goal size and pace of play, or as terrifying as damaging meteors and oil, so beware, because every match is affected differently by the environment.

The music for the game was created by Barry Leitch, who has worked on titles such as Lotus Turbo Challenge 2 and Horizon Chase Turbo, so fans of vintage games will love the soundtracks. Super Arcade Football is currently available at a 50% discount on the Nintendo Switch. The game is also available on PC through Steam and on mobile devices.
