What’s the last Switch game you pre-ordered?

Pre-ordering can be a bit of a taboo in the gaming world, but sometimes you know what you want, and in a world of scalpers and fancy special editions, it can be reassuring to have your copy on release day. nice and secure in advance. . Have you recently pre-ordered Switch games? Which was the most recent?

I don’t do a lot of pre-orders. The most recent Switch pre-order I placed was for Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury. My girlfriend and I had the game as a Valentine’s Day gift for ourselves, since we cooperated on the original World of Super Mario 3D is one of our earliest memories with each other. Pre-ordering was worth it, which I knew in advance because I had already played and loved it World of Super Mario 3D. Before 3d world, I only remember pre-ordering another Switch game – another plumber-centric title, the excellent one Super Mario Odyssey. I guess I’m two for two so far, at least.

My next pre-order will almost certainly be Super Monkey Ball: Banana Mania, making it a port of two of my all-time favorite games. Another easy decision.
